When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?
- USA: Approximately 7 days
- Europe: Approximately 15 days

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?

My item arrived damaged, what now?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
