1. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation.

3. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account just helps track your orders more easily.

4. How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the field labeled “Discount Code.”

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately with the correct address. We can’t change it once the order ships.

Yes! We offer free shipping to the USA and Europe.

7. How long will my order take to arrive?
USA orders arrive in about 7 days. Europe orders take up to 15 days. International times vary.

8. Do you ship internationally?

9. Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

10. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes! If the item is unused, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

We’re so sorry! Please send us photos and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
